I applied on the web site of the company. Some days after I received an email from recruiter to set up a phone interviews with me. She also sent some questions to me to answer and to send her back. On phone interview she just reviewed my answers and asked some of them. in another email, she set up an in person interview, which I was asked general question.

It was the most friendly experience, more than expected. Not a lot of personal questions though, it was all work-related and experience-wise. Overall a good experience though. The lengthy process to get into other interviews.
