Phone then in person in DC - fly you up there from anywhere. Super Session as it was known was a round robin meeting with directors and managers from various departments. This included roll plays and situational questions

Sell me this pen... Okay, you're a LivingSocial sales person and you have to prepare a presentation for this (randomly picked business - fictitious) - roll play ensues.

Interview
Very quick and easy. Phone call with 1-2 recruiters, face to face or phone call with your direct manager and final phone interview with regional manager.
Was contacted by a recruiter, had 3 phone interviews and was invited to the "super session" interview hitch consists of 2 face to face interview in the morning. If you make it thru the morning session, they will invite you to stay for the afternoon session. Typically, staying thru the afternoon mans you've pretty much got the job.
