I applied online by downloading an application form and sending it to the recruiters email address. I heard back within a few weeks and was invited to an interview at the BT convention centre. When I got to the interview I was met at the convention centre but taken over to the hotel across the way. The interview was held by two people who took turns asking questions and taking notes. The interview was very competency based and lasted around 30 minutes. I felt it was quite intense and I never knew if I was giving the right answer or not. The interviewers were quite stern and made the job sound really laborious and repetitive as if they wanted to put you off - probably to see your reaction. Questions were very similar sometimes. Make sure you have researched the company. Was told they would get back to me regardless whether I got the job or not within a week but never heard back.
