Saw the job posted on reed.co.uk and was pleased to find that they accepted people with degrees but no experience and vice versa. Went to the interview in N. London and it was just a couple of questions with the MD who seemed like a nice enough guy. Was invited back the next week to tail a member of the sales team. When I got there it turns out they they are outsourced sales company who are those annoying people in the shopping centre and high street selling credit cards. I was made to stand on the high street with a pen and paper from about 10:00-16:00 in a suit in the blazing heat jotting things down as if they were running some kind of complex operation. Towards the end of the day they explained that the job was 100% commission i.e. £0 - £24,999 OTE (as opposed to the £18,000 - £24,999 OTE listed in the job advert). After that I thanked them for their time and left, with one of the sales people telling me they were probably going to quit as well.
