1) Initial Screen, 2) Zoom with TM - Asked about my background, comfort in medical environment, and current skills I possess to work well in OR 3) Follow up Interview with RM - Wanted to know my commitment level and desire to move up in the company
Pretty straight-forward, easy people to talk to
Can take a while, b/c you have to talk two 3 separate people, and then have one final video interview with the primary/head manager
