1 applied online and got the 1st teleconference interview on the same day. Suppose to arrange for next week but gave excuse that hiring manager is on holiday. Following week arrange for 2nd teleconference interview according to interviewer's timing. Submitted my confirmed timing but never materialised. Very apologetic and gave reason that she hasn't got the interviewer's schedule. Waited for 3 weeks but never get the 2nd interview.
