Interview
They’ll call you and ask you to meet. Interview would take about 45 Minutes. At the Renaissance Hotel since their Office is too small & other management likes to get involved. Either seat next to the bathroom area or starbucks somewhere far from the store.

They’ll asked you if you have any sales experience. If you can handle a stressful environment with hard broken spirits.

Interview
Phone call, followed by email with paper work, phone interview, background check, enrollment in training class. Training class of 4 days. When training was over they have an experienced associate shadow you for about a week. You also take several online courses while on the sales floor.

Interview
In Person. You can walk in and they interview you on the spot. I was interviewed by two managers separately. I first spoke to one and then the other. Later, when I was already working there, I saw variations of this process, and sometimes people would speak to one manager and then leave. Usually, I never saw these people again. When they interview you and then ask you to meet someone else, that is a good sign. Usually you are hired on the spot.
