Three interviews for a Marketing Manager position. - I had an initial interview with the CRO. The interview went well and I was happy to be invited to a second interview. I had a second interview with the CRO and CCO. Again, it went and I was invited to a third. However, there was a small twist. I was invited to interview with the CEO, but it was for a lower position and 20k less per year than the initial job listing. I went through with it as I was in a position where I needed a job and I was happy to learn more skills in HubSpot. - The third interview was horrible. The CEO acted bored and rude as if she already disliked me before I opened my mouth. I was actually shocked afterward to be offered the job. - I negotiated pay (a $3k per year bump) and WAS GHOSTED FOR A WEEK afterward. Nothing. at. all. I sent maybe 3 emails and heard nothing from them after negotiating. A week later they came back and said they couldn't honor it and I would need to be happy with the given salary.
