In person, it was very informal and not difficult at all to get hired. All you were required to do was be professional and respectful. Not at all outside of reason.

Interviews with 3 managers. Then recruiter gave me tests and the offer. Then 1 week later I started. It was very streamlined. Pretty basic corporate structure. So far I like it.
