Interview
The total selection process had 4 rounds. 1) Aptitude + coding assessment. 2) psychometric test(non elimination). 3) Group discussion( non - elimination) but you should perform well, as it gives additional advantage. Then there was a Technical + HR interview, a 1 hour process. The recruiters were so friendly. Recruiters primarily look for our adaptability, flexibility and willingness to learn new things.

Interview
1.First students were shortlisted based on CGPA.
2.Online coding test was conducted(easy questions on array).
3.Selected candidates were asked to prepare an introduction ppt.
4.On day of interview,First pre-placement talk about company was given.
5.Then for group discussion, two topics were given. I chose the topic "monetization through digital media creations like youtube". Around 10 people were made to sit as a group.It was a non elimination round.
6.Then 3 panels conducted interview. I was called in at 5.10 pm by one of the panel.
7.They(2 members-one technical ,one hr) greeted me into the room and asked me to sit.They introduced themselves and asked me to introduce myself with the help of introduction powerpoint I already submitted.
8.The interview held for an hour.
9.It was super interactive and I enjoyed the process.

Interview process consists of three rounds. First round was an online assessment. There was 30 Aptitude question and 2 Coding question. The second round was psychometric assessment and group discussion. Next round was Technical and General HRInterview. It was last for one and half hour.

6)Asked to explain about my project. And also they asked all possible questions from my projects.
7)Asked about my hobbies. Why I wish to do that?
8) How I will manage situation if I was planned for a vacation with family but train tickets was not confirmed and it was a mistake from railways ticket
management. What decision I will take?
