Liska + Associates interview questions

The interviewing process is pretty straightforward. Upon submitting your materials following up a few times is necessary to see if they are interested in getting something on the calendar. You will meet with key members of the team who will pre-screen you and eventaully schedule a follow-up interview with Steve, the owner. You walk through your work and ask any questions you may have.

I met with the Creative Director, showed my portfolio and answered a variety of questions. Toured the office. Was called back to meet with the principal. He reviewed my porfolio and asked some questions. Very smooth experience.
