Unprofessional process, mostly stemming from the fact that the JD was not aligned with the actual questions asked during the interviews. Apparently looking for change agent & business translator as per JD, whereas the interview questions were fit for a Principal AI Engineer. No questions about business value, influencing, leadership. No real vision for using AI to grow the business or empower people. Got 2 email rejections when 1 would have been just fine.
