Was contacted by a recruiter and invited to a phone interview. After the phone interview, it took a whole month before I was invited to interview with the hiring manager. This interview was average, a little more on the conversational side and asked about knowledge about specific parts of the job. I was then invited to interview with the VP of the department and another manager. It was very clear that they had a list of questions and just took turns rapid fire asking me questions. After the process, I didn't hear back at all and had to check the portal to find out I wasn't selected.

Question 1
Asked about previous experience and knowledge about specifics pertaining to the job.
The interview process was smooth and simple. I went through three rounds with the team leads and one with a recruiter. The whole process took about a month or so.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lionsgate (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
Poor recruitment process in general. First stage was an in-person interview in the office. Made to wait 15 minutes. Role was not as advertised. Never received a follow up email about next steps nor did they provide feedback. Stated they have higher salaries than competitor studios but they’re below market rate. Wouldn’t apply again.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Lionsgate (Hollywood, Los Angeles)
Interview
The entire process took 6 weeks. I was reached out via email and took it from there after a phone screening. I met with 4 different members of the team. Overall the people were friendly for the most part. But they don't seem to consider a candidates time throughout the process. The team members wouldn't give me their email for follow up reference - any questions or thank you notes has to go through another person which made the process feel a little awkward and impersonal. Four interviews for a role that pays 40k seems excessive.
