Engaging, welcoming and warm. During my interview process, it was detailed and thorough, communication was brilliant from Sabrina in HR and I felt welcomed by everyone within the team. I knew from my first interview I wanted to work at this company purely from how they managed the process, their values and their communication.

Interview
I had an interview with a recruiter in the US because this is a U.S. based role. Then I moved onto a call with the supervisor and someone from HR. They told me two weeks later they were moving onto someone else who had “experience with higher call volume” yet never asked me about that in my interview. Actually, in the interview they said they only got about “7-14 calls a day”. So if you’re going to lie to people at least make it believable.

Interview
Was selected for a short initial interview for a PM role. However the interviewer seemed quite inexperienced, very disengaged from the start and even though it was a short call he asked few questions and it felt like I was left trying to lead the conversation. Ironically the feedback to me was that I did not seem excited or interested in the role.
