I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Link Financial Services
Interview
Had an interview with the line manager and it was a 2 stage interview process. The interview was fairly relaxed. However, in the interview I was asked if I have any children which was very unprofessional.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Link Financial Services (Caerphilly, Wales) in Sep 2017
Interview
I interviewed twice it includes a maths test but they don't tell you about that.
So I googled and found that reviews say that hey treat like children one woman done that. I listened to her calls of this case listen to her ramble on when I'm meant to see what they do o a day to day basis I think she thought I had no idea but I wouldn't be sat there if I didn't have common sense after 15mins of listening to her go on and tell me that people will listen to my calls all I listed too was a voicemail. Then the person who is not the interviewer tried to ask me interview questions. Then told me that they only worked here for a year. The one to one interview is the best part as you get asked our experiences and why you want the job what attracted you to the role and how you use your skills in this job. I was told previously of the start date and the interviewer didn't know the start date.
