The interview process with LindungiHutan was overall quite positive. The HR was very kind, communicative, and made the experience pleasant. In my opinion, they have great potential and truly deserve opportunities to advance in their career at a good organization. The interview with the user was fairly standard, nothing particularly remarkable or memorable. However, there were some aspects that felt less professional, such as the welcoming text from the CEO, which didn’t leave a great impression. Additionally, since this is an unpaid position, it may be worth reconsidering this approach to attract top candidates in the future.
