The interview process was very relaxed, and not stressful at all. They cared who I was as a person, and genuinely wanted to make sure that it would be a good fit for all parties.

Question 1
If you were your previous supervisor, what would be something they'd like you to improve regarding your job performance?
Quick and very friendly, just needed to take a simple test consisting of two parts: math and matching. The management was amazing and I left feeling very good. I got a phone call later that afternoon.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lindell Bank (Saint Charles, MO)
Interview
They had me go in and wait. They first gave 45 minutes to take two test. One was basic math and the other was matching. It's been about 7 years since I have taken a math class, and working out the problems took a little more time than I thought. You are only allowed to miss 5 on each one. I ended up getting 14 wrong on the math part (whoops), but everyone uses calculators now anyways, so that part sucked. Because of missing 14, I could not move forward.
