First is with HR Department, Second is with the user, Third is with Line Manager of the user, then if you are accepted, HR team will give you schedule for medical test then if pass continue with offering letter
Contacted and Interviewed with human resources hiring person. After successful completion, then interviewed with Regional Manager. Structured interviews completed in a methodical and typical manner. Completed via Teams due to distance and COVID 19.

Was actually very natural met for dinner spoke about the position for 1hr. Discussed expectations on both sides benefits and long term plans. Was very relaxed conversation based interview without the normal structured questions.
