I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Linde (Belleville, ON) in Jul 2014
Interview
Asked questions that more pertained to why employees shouldn't be insubordinate? ;/ (I'm supposing they're had some prior issues with the previous hire. ) Left me feeling as though he was on a bit of a power trip.
I applied online. I interviewed at Linde (Jackson, TN) in Jan 2013
Interview
One interview by hiring manager. Not well put together. Situational questions. They also asked me to sell care check service I just read the brochure and spoke about compliance, education, clinical help by a therapist and no cost to the Lincare patient.
I interviewed at Linde (Asheville, NC) in Sep 2012
Interview
Pretty standard. I was asked questions about over coming objections and meeting goals. It seemed like my interviewer was just checking to see if I would get hung up on a question and lose my footing. It's important to keep in mind that they want to hear that you know what a referral means and that you have the confidence to talk to doctors and nurses.
