I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes (Deerfield, IL) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview process consisted of two parts: an initial hiring screening that included a spelling test and logic test, and an in-person interview. It was a very professional environment but the interview was not intimidating or extremely difficult. Dress professionally and act in a professional manner. They care about that. Prepare for the interview beforehand and use phonetics to sound out the words on the spelling test if you don't know them. You'll also likely watch a video from Nancy Bell before and after the hiring screening.
