I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lincare
Interview
I found the interview process conducted by the Area Manager to be quite misleading as she promised wonderful commission and room for vertical career moves. This was a well oiled speech given to each and every person she interviewed as she just wanted to fill spots with quantity not qualtiy. The truth is commission structure is not all that great given the products they are currently trying to push. Traditional reps can make decent money but be wary if you interview for specialty divisions. Most center managers have integrity it seems so i don't have any issues with them as most will try to help you and push your case for late reimbursement, commission approval...etc.

Not a difficult interview, very standard run-of-the-mill questions.
The process started with a phone interview with a recruiter, then an interview with the center manager, and there a final interview with both the area manager and center manager.

Laid back, but also not fully transparent. There are a lot of things in medical sales that aren’t shared until you’re in the field. Gould’s is the preferred provider for almost all locations in Louisville.

Interview
Lincare has a very transparent and straightforward process, it was well communicated and laid out. This interview process, while not lengthy, was well put together and aided in understanding responsibilities, while explaining your experience.
