The interview process was fairly easy. Supervisor asked me regular job questions and had me comment on how I'd make the work environment better. Got started right away and was taught very well during my training.

Interview
They should rename their company Worthless because that’s exactly what these people are. I came in to interview and had to wait for others ahead of me since they were behind. I noticed that shortly after each candidate went through the door to meet the two guys performing the interview, that one guy would come out the door and go outside to talk on his cell phone. He was faking it the whole time. You can tell by the screen on the smartphone. Haha.
When it was my turn this guy did the exact same thing. The other guy picked up the landline phone during the interview. These two guys were too young and inexperienced to be having this responsibility. It was basically someone’s kids. The process was a joke to them. These people need to go back to California where they came from. I remember them saying they brought a lot of them out here to work. So yes the clearly discriminate in the hiring process.
