Very straightforward, direct interview. Interview process begins with first one over zoom/phone by recruiter who inquired about what I was looking for, what I knew about the company, my past experience and how it would be applicable to the role. Second interview was with HR, a clinic manager and third person whose position I don't recall - they went into further detail about how the practice functions, what to expect on day-to-day basis, position expectations and again went over what I was looking for and how I feel about and what I would bring to the company. Next, I was offered an on site Shadow experience at one of the clinics that were up and running as the clinic position I was applying for was not yet up and running. They set up hotel accommodations and covered expenses. Shadowed for a few hours and the clinic was impressive as far as equipment, caliber of staff, and worked like a well-oiled machine. All staff members seemed genuinely happy there. I did not realize there was a third interview in person scheduled thereafter until I arrived for job shadow, but ended up meeting with 3-4 of highest tier of management and again was very straightforward, without a ton of typical BS questions. I received a job offer, but ultimately turned it down for the following reasons: received a job offer with slightly higher salary, twice the vacation, and the position was initially to be great deal of travel within the state until closest location was functioning at the level where they would need a second full-time practitioner which was too up in the air for me at the time.
