3 step interview process. The first is a phone interview with a manager. They are just looking for personality and salary range as this step. The second interview is a panel interview where you will be in a room in 3-5 interviewers. They will ask you more behavioral questions and also position-specific questions. The last step of the process is shadowing where you shadow multiple employees while they work for 1-5 days. This allows you to see what happens on a daily basis and be around your potential coworkers.
