There were no questions regarding resume, past experience, or ability to do the job.
They also ask illegal questions (salary history) and then ghost applicants. I was told what the rest of the processes would look like and when I could expect an email back and never heard back. Ever. Even when I followed up they didn't even have the decency to reply to my email.
Based on their claim that employees, "aren't just here for a paycheck...we're like a family" and their ghosting, I'm sure the culture is incredibly toxic.
