The interview process was great. My recruiter was in touch with me constantly, and was always available for a quick chat. I had an initial interview with the Hiring Manager, who was very understanding of my circumstances. His interview questions were mostly technical, but some also included behavioral questions. I could see that he and the team were very passionate about the work that they do. I also had four additional interviews with members of the team. The technical questions that were asked were very relevant to the skills the job requires. Other open-ended verification questions centered around verification test planning and reviews. Behavioral questions asked by the team revolved around conflict resolution and best collaboration practices. Post interviews, I was invited on-site to meet with the team in-person and presented with an offer. Throughout the process, team members were understanding and excited to have me potentially join the team. While I could not join the team due to immigration circumstances, I would want to join there once things improve from an immigration standpoint.
