The interview was with the owner of the company. Very informal and relaxed. It was one of those getting to know you types of interviews where you have a cup of coffee or two and talk about your experiences in the industry, and in life in general. The owner wanted to see that I could hit the ground running and that I was able to fit in to the technical/consultative sales model that Lighthouse employs--which most competitors do not. Most other solar installers will have an engineer/designer and the sales person presents what that person produces. At Lighthouse, the sales people need to be able to design solar pv systems from the rooftop modules down to the wires and breakers.
