      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lighthouse

      Interview

I really wanted to work for Lighthouse. I had applied five times. At least I got an interview. Three phone interviews for a remote position. The first one was with an in-house recruiter. The second one was with the very friendly and encouraging hiring manager. The third one was with two individuals, one who would be the position's manager and a coworker. The third interview did not go well, as the two men already had decided that they "had all they needed" from my resume. I assume that they did not want to interview me, because they had very few questions, especially no technical questions for a technical position. They cut the interview short. Although I have a lot of technical and industry knowledge and ability, the two interviewers seemed to be hung up on my initial schooling and career choice. It was very off putting and disappointing, so I dodged a bullet! Lighthouse also ghosted me after the third interview.
