I applied online. I interviewed at Lighter Capital (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Easy questions, mostly behavioral questions and sales experience. Had a few different interviews with members of the team and leadership. Everyone seemed nice. Seems like a good place to work.
Received an email to schedule a phone interview a day or two after submitting application. Had a phone interview with the underwriting manager and he was mainly curious about my current role since it was applicable. A day later scheduled an in-person interview. The in-person interview was very laid-back. I talked to the underwriting team and the CCO. No technical questions, just asked me how I would work with/manipulate a large amount of data related to one of their models.
