LiftOne Operations Management Trainee interview questions

LinkedIn Application, HR phone interview, in person interview, recruiter called to say I got the job before even receiving an offer. Branch manager called the day he happens to be in town to sit down and throw out a random number and benefits summary without a formal offer being presented. I can appreciate the intentions but not providing the formal offer until later was strange.
