Quick and easy, mainly questions related to job and skills to be a photographer. They make it easy to an answer the questions and aren’t intimidating. Very nice, approachable and friendly people.

Interview
I am absolutely shocked. I cannot believe the recruiting interview team would schedule a time and not show up at all - not once, but twice! It can't get any more unprofessional than that! Initial basic orientational virtual call through Microsoft Teams with other candidates; then they send you a link/form to schedule another virtual interview. I waited over an hour and it was a no show. I received a text message later apologizing and to reschedule. After rescheduling for next day for a phone call interview instead, the company once again failed to follow their schedule. I think it's clear to stay away from this company as it is very unprofessional. I think also the fact that they are willing to hire anyone without any photographer skills also is a red flag about this company.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding the interview process. Kara Marcotte is one of the managers on the Talent Acquisition team here at Lifetouch/Shutterfly and she would really value being able to chat further about your experience during your interview. She can be contacted via kmarcotte@shutterfly.com to set a time to talk. Again, greatly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to connect further.

Interview
Laid back. Phone interview after email communication. Then in person interview and position information. You typically know then or by the time you get home if you got. Super easy and comfortable.
