It was straightforward. I had a phone interview with someone from HR and then had two separate interviews that were each 20-30 minutes long with 2 people. They were welcoming from the start and it didn't seem like a high stress interview. They wanted to get to know me and my personality first. Then they asked behavioral based questions.

Two phone screens - one with human resources and the other with hiring manager. Meet with hiring manager in person along with his boss, the leader of the division. Be prepared to answer questions and repeat yourself to emphasize your skills.
