Interview
I received an email with the job requirements, job overview, and pay expectations. I was able to email back with my questions and to set up an interview. The interview was very quick and to-the-point, as I had been recommended and had relevant experience for the position they were looking to fill. The final portion required a personality quiz.

What is your availability and how flexible is your schedule?
My husband referred me to work for the CEO and I agreed. We had a face to face interview about my skill ability and got a phone call about a week later. Went through the typical work history questions and the personal "get-to-know- you" questions. Fairly laid back. Followed up with a personality test .
