The interview process for this position was a great experience. There was only one round of interviews and the interviewee was very nice. They asked me a little bit about my work experience and were more focused on what I could do for them if they hired me as an intern then what I had already done.
I applied online. I interviewed at Life Time (Minnetonka, MN) in Feb 2024
Interview
It was a fair interview process that was face to face virtually. The interviewers were friendly and seeked a positive conversation more than just questions. Although I did not get offered the job, they still sent a nice personal email thanking me for applying.

What is one situation in a previous job where you were forced to adapt on the fly?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (New York, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
I was emailed first about my application, and since I was still in school, they allowed me to interview over the phone. My supervisor interviewed me and just asked basic questions about me, my interests, why I chose my major, and why I wanted to work at Lifetime.
