I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Life Time (Rochester Hills, MI) in Mar 2014
Interview
2 interviews, they both are very similar. One is with the dept. head and then with the GM. Someone will call you first contacting you and asking if you have applied to any other lifetime and if anyone else has reached out to you. After a quick call, they will more than likely ask you to come in for a 1:1 interview. During the call, they won't ask many questions. For the second interview you'll have to have memorized Lifetine's missions Dm vision statement - it's not hard, but it's very important.

interview was more of a meet and greet and to make sure that I would be a good fit.

I applied online. I interviewed at Life Time (Austin, TX) in May 2018
Interview
Just a one on one with manager of customer service (essentially). I've seen the GM jump in a few random interviews too. More of a chat than anything with easy questions. They ask for information about the company so study up.
