After I applied I was reached out to by email to set up a phone call to discuss previous experience. Then was invited in for an in person interview to answer questions and learn more about the position.
I had a very easy and straightforward conversation with the manager today. They asked me about my previous work experience, any specific experience I have with children, and whether I have any cleaning experience. The overall tone was pleasant and the questions were simple to answer.
I interviewed on zoom, the interviewer was kind and engaging but there was someone else getting interviewed at the same time and I was given no advance notice of this.

I submit my application online and heard back within a few days. I met with the Kids Academy manager and she asked about my background in childcare and explained more about the job duties. Easy interview.
