I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time in Jun 2014
Interview
Casual interview first, then an interview with the department head and assistant department head. That interview was very specific, "tell me about a time when you had to deal with a co-worker with whom you did not get along", "how do you live out a healthy way of life", "how would you deal with an upset member?". Very pointed questions and it is great to have examples from other jobs or situations ready. Last interview was supposed to be with a general manager but they were in the middle of a turn over so I interviewed with a member engagement manager. He asked me my three strengths and weaknesses and then asked me to recite the mission/vision. Know it word for word.

Question 1
as always, "list your three weaknesses". Not a very insightful question for an interviewee
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Life Time (Cincinnati, OH) in Mar 2020
Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 rounds- phone interview, in-person interview with the manager and in-person interview with GM. The phone interview was 10-15min. The in-person interview was about 30min with them asking behavioral questions. The GM
interview was more of a meet and greet and to make sure that I would be a good fit.

Question 1
They showed me the Mission statement and asked me to memorize it and explain what it meant to me.
I applied online. I interviewed at Life Time (Austin, TX) in May 2018
Interview
Just a one on one with manager of customer service (essentially). I've seen the GM jump in a few random interviews too. More of a chat than anything with easy questions. They ask for information about the company so study up.
