I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Life Time (Princeton, NJ) in May 2018
Interview
10 min phone interview. He asked about my time in college, my major, and what I’ve heard about the job. Basically told him it was a nice place and I would use the hell out of that complimentary membership.
Quick conversion. Wasnt a formal interview. We exchanged a few questions about the position and was on my way. Was told they hada few other people to interview but judging by the informal.meeting I assumed they just said that.
Easy going and very comfortable The questions were simple and straight forward while also informative about the job. I will say it did not seem to correlate too much to operations specifically but the training made it all worth it. Very thorough and an enjoyable, simple and easy interview
