Interview
Virtual interview followed by practical interview if successful. Practical interview involves role-playing client-trainer scenario and designing/implementing workout based on client goals/limitations. After role play is complete, interviewee must demonstrate sales skills by "walking the floor" and talking to 5 strangers with the goal of having them sign up for a free training session.

Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
