I got a call the following day offering me the job. Usually after the interview with the SM, candidates go through a second interview with another SM in the area and the final interview is conducted by the Area Manager, which is basically the equivalent to a District Manager in other companies.

Applied online and was contacted by the store manager. Set up an interview for the following day. Interview was brief and generic. I could tell the store manager really liked me and said that I would be a good fit. Had phone interview with the Area Manager for about 5 minutes. I was offered the job on the spot.
