Life 365 Portraits interview questions

Mid level manager and VP of company conducted the interview and ask a series of questions. We spent about 1 hour discussing my experience. We discuss my vision and direction for the customer service department. Different situations were play out and the companies view on out come was discussed. I was hired on the spot.
