first online application, which is very straightforward and then phone interview where you'll be asked about the company and your experience and you'll get to know more about the role. Then an in person interview with the store manager where you'll answer series of competency based questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how did you correct it and what did you learn from that experience
It was good and they asked the basic question of how to handle stressful situations and what to do with hard situations with customers and what the priority would be
Got a phone call interview, then was offered a face to face one a couple of days later. After that interview, I got a call 2 days later saying I got the job and went in for my contract signing the following week.
