The interview process is quite frankly very long. The entire process for me went from June-August. It goes in a few stages, from them reviewing your resume, to then calling you in for a 1 on 1 interview (on Teams), then a group interview (on Teams), then a language assessment. I do have to say that from what I've noticed, they were super rushed when it came to hiring the second batch of fall guides, that they didn't do the language assessment, meaning a lot of the new guides do not speak French that well. As a Francophone person, I feel it's somewhat insulting to just cut off the process where guides are evaluated on their language skills for a bilingual job, just to save time. I have talked with several of the new guides who were hired during the second fall batch, and they all have told me they didn't do the language assessment.
