I interviewed for three different archivist positions in different divisions, and I will say that generally the folks that work here are super nice. I applied in January but was called a few weeks later (usually they will take a month to get back to you for an interview), and then usually it takes a month to hear back.
The interview is based completely off of the KSA questions, so you know what questions are being asked ahead of time. Make sure you try your best to answer every aspect or detail of the question so that you get a good ranking during the interview. The panel will take notes in a packet during your interview, so talk a little slower so that they can write everything down!
One of my interviews actually got canceled due to snow, but they were quick to reschedule. I interviewed and was told that they would get back to me around a month and a half later, but was actually called two days later and offered a job by the division head! You do have to wait longer for the official offer though.
Overall I think it was a positive experience, just make sure you practice! (And it's okay to have notes.)
