First interviewed with the person who would be my direct manager then more than a month later with the entire (small) department with which I would be working. The 1:1 was mostly about logistical things: could I do the work, do I have the experience, are the hours acceptable. The group interview was a presentation of previous work and sort of checking personality fit with the rest of the team.
