Lexington interview questions

I was called on the telephone. I had a phone interview and then I came in for an in person interview. I received a call back. I then met with two people, and after an hour I met two more people.

I filled out a handwritten application at the Lexington office, and then immediately afterward I was interviewed by the hiring manager. He asked about my past job and my responsibilities there, and he briefly described the details of the job I was applying for and the training process. Two days later he called me inviting me to participate in the next scheduled training.
