I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lexia in Feb 2020
Interview
Phone Call- Phone Call (Rapid Fire Questions Only)-Give 10 min demo! The phone call with HR was great, but the second call really only benefits the boss in that they don't give any time to ask questions or gave time for candidates to see if it is a mutual fit. I would also say that demo piece is rated on if you can use their web conference technology as opposed if you can show a product and incorporate consultative characteristics outlined in the job description. This might be why they aren't well known in many areas. Additionally, they weren't well-versed in their benefits or PTO schedule (very subjective to boss approval so no guarantees you will get same time off as your peers!). This is my book, means they may not have a good working environment as other places.

Met with Lexia recruiter. Lovely person. Very upfront about process. Next met with manager basic questions for role. Next, panel interview with team, presentation and more questions. 3 rounds in total over 3 weeks
The interview process had many steps but all of my interactions and scheduling went smoothly. I was very impressed with the team's combined knowledge and the questions ranged from scripted to creative.
