Initial contact made by HR with detailed information on time; date and contact. The process was not stressful at all. The first interview was conducted by HR hiring manager to vet you and match qualifications. The second interview was conducted by General Manager.

It's not an interview it's a Job fair. They are just looking for bodies if you show up you are hired for Spring Training. It is just a hire everyone event. They just need to hire as many people as possible it's just a temporary job they did say that they would have opportunities for some after March at other venues.

I started out as a Supervisor there and worked my way up. On my first interview we mainly focused on what experence I had and what I thuoght of the current operation. They are very interested in how you can keep all controls and if you have a problem with traveling during the off season. after my interview i was told that they would give me an answer in about two weeks then a week later they called me in for a second interview with Regional V.P. This was a little more nerve racking because he drilled me on my experence and staffing. If you tell them how much you would like to change your insulting the way they run their place but if you say your staff is perfect then whats the need for you then.
