Went in through a employee referral. Was contacted via email to set up a interview. Once I arrived at the interview I was escorted from downstairs and taken to a suite where I met the hiring manager and was interviewed by two people. The interview was really laid back. Was very informative about the company and was told I'd get a email or call from them soon. Haven't heard back yet.

I applied online. Less than a week later I got an email from the manager to see if I was interested in interviewing the following week. The interview itself was rather informal, taking place in a public area of the convention center. It was more a generalized discussion about the company history and what they do at my location, just chatting about my basic experience, and culminated with the manager deciding my hourly wage and welcoming me to the team. I came back a few hours later for orientation with the office manager and started working a couple days later. Total process from application to working was about 2 weeks.
