I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Levelset (New Orleans, LA) in Oct 2019
Interview
After I applied to Levelset, I was reached out to pretty quickly to set up a time for a phone interview within a week, or whenever I was available for a 30 minute phone call. On that introductory phone call I was given a great picture of Levelset as a whole: the culture, the training and onboarding process, the product, and the everyday work life for this position. After the phone interview I was asked if I was still interested, with my new knowledge of the company, and when I said that I was we scheduled an in office visit for the second interview. I was asked to take an aptitude test, a generic one, which I'm assuming they used to judge personality fit and strongest qualities. For the office interview I was given a quick tour and then I sat down with a few different managers and was able to have an open discussion about myself and my goals. Then they had me make a few phone calls to prospects (I had been told about this and was given a script to look over before and also to have at the phone). There was a quick wrap up and I was contacted within 24 hours. Better than most experiences in interviewing. I wasn't dragged along for interview after interview. It was quick and respectful of my time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time where you didn't succeed. How did that affect you and what did you do afterward?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Levelset (New Orleans, LA) in Dec 2019
Interview
The interview process is really quick. It includes a phone call, aptitude/personality test, and an in-person interview. I interviewed with about 3 people. They say interviews will take about 1.5 hours, but it seems to take people closer to 2 hours sometimes

Question 1
What is one thing that you're good at but never want to do again?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Levelset (Austin, TX) in Oct 2019
Interview
I was asked pretty standard questions about my background and my interest in sales. I then did two mock calls with the hiring managers. They are really looking to see if you can take instruction and apply it to the second call.
